Ingredients:
- 1 pound (450g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved (or quartered if large)
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1 tablespoon (15ml) balsamic glaze (for drizzling, optional)
Instructions:
- Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and halve or quarter them.
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer (if necessary, depending on your model). Place the Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
