Ingredients:
- 1 pound (454g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) balsamic glaze
Instructions:
- Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts and halve them. Remove any loose or yellowed outer leaves.
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the seasoned Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the Brussels sprouts are tender and crispy around the edges.
- Transfer the air-fried Brussels sprouts to a serving bowl. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and toss gently to coat.
- Serve the crispy air fryer Brussels sprouts immediately while they're still hot and crispy.
