Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6-8 oz/170-225g each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15ml)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (5ml)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (2.5ml)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (2.5ml)
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme (1.25ml)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (1.25ml)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (1.25ml)

Instructions:

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over both sides of the chicken breasts, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  5. Place the boneless chicken breast in air a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they aren't overlapping.
  6. Air fry for 12-18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  8. Use a meat thermometer to make sure that the chicken has an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
