Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6-8 oz/170-225g each)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15ml)
- 1 teaspoon paprika (5ml)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (2.5ml)
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (2.5ml)
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme (1.25ml)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (1.25ml)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (1.25ml)
Instructions:
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over both sides of the chicken breasts, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place the boneless chicken breast in air a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they aren't overlapping.
- Air fry for 12-18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Use a meat thermometer to make sure that the chicken has an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
