Instructions:
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overlapping.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) using a meat thermometer.
- Remove the chicken breasts from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
