Ingredients:

  • 1 pound (450g) fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup (25g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.5g) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon (0.5g) black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, toss the green beans with olive oil and minced garlic until evenly coated.
  2. Add the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Toss again until the green beans are well coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 2 minutes (if required).
  4. Place the green beans in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding. Cook in batches if necessary.
  5. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the green beans are tender-crisp and slightly charred.
  6. Remove the air fryer green beans from the air fryer and serve immediately.
