Ingredients:
- 1 pound (450g) fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup (25g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.5g) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon (0.5g) black pepper
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, toss the green beans with olive oil and minced garlic until evenly coated.
- Add the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Toss again until the green beans are well coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 2 minutes (if required).
- Place the green beans in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding. Cook in batches if necessary.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the green beans are tender-crisp and slightly charred.
- Remove the air fryer green beans from the air fryer and serve immediately.
