Ingredients:

  • 2 large pita breads (approx. 300g)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cut each pita bread into 8 equal wedges, similar to slicing a pizza.
  2. Place pita wedges in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Toss gently until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the wedges in the air fryer basket, allowing slight overlap but avoiding deep layers.
  4. Set the air fryer to 320°F (160°C) and cook for 8–10 minutes.
  5. Shake the basket vigorously every 3–4 minutes to ensure even browning.
  6. Remove the chips once they are mahogany-colored and firm to the touch.
