Ingredients:
- 2 large pita breads (approx. 300g)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
Instructions:
- Cut each pita bread into 8 equal wedges, similar to slicing a pizza.
- Place pita wedges in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Toss gently until evenly coated.
- Arrange the wedges in the air fryer basket, allowing slight overlap but avoiding deep layers.
- Set the air fryer to 320°F (160°C) and cook for 8–10 minutes.
- Shake the basket vigorously every 3–4 minutes to ensure even browning.
- Remove the chips once they are mahogany-colored and firm to the touch.
