Ingredients:

  • 2 (4-6 ounce) salmon fillets, skin on or off
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush or drizzle the marinade over both sides of the salmon fillets, ensuring even coverage.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) if necessary.
  5. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down if using skin-on salmon, leaving space between them.
  6. Air fry for 8-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork or the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
