- 2 (4-6 ounce) salmon fillets, skin on or off
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)
Instructions:
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush or drizzle the marinade over both sides of the salmon fillets, ensuring even coverage.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) if necessary.
- Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down if using skin-on salmon, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 8-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork or the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
