Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) pork sausage meat or your favorite sausage flavor
  • 1/2 cup (50g) breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • 2 sheets of puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the pork sausage meat, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, dried oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  2. Roll out each sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until it is about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Cut each sheet into rectangles approximately 4x6 inches in size.
  4. Place a generous spoonful of filling along one edge of each pastry rectangle.
  5. Fold over the other side to encase the filling completely; press down firmly to seal.
  6. Use a fork to crimp edges for extra sealing and decoration if desired.
  7. Preheat your air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  8. Brush each roll with beaten egg to achieve that golden color while cooking.
