Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (175g) milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp (15g) unsalted butter, cubed
  • 2 cups (100g) marshmallows
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Place the milk chocolate chips in an even layer at the bottom of an oven-safe dish. Dot the cubed unsalted butter across the chocolate.
  2. Pack the marshmallows tightly on top of the chocolate, pressing them down slightly to eliminate large gaps and ensuring they reach the edges of the dish.
  3. Place the dish in the air fryer basket and cook at 375°F (190°C) for 4 to 6 minutes, or until the marshmallows are deep mahogany-brown and the chocolate is bubbling.
  4. Carefully remove the dish using tongs and let it sit for 60 seconds to allow the chocolate to settle and the crust to firm up.
