Ingredients:
- 1 cup (175g) milk chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp (15g) unsalted butter, cubed
- 2 cups (100g) marshmallows
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions:
- Place the milk chocolate chips in an even layer at the bottom of an oven-safe dish. Dot the cubed unsalted butter across the chocolate.
- Pack the marshmallows tightly on top of the chocolate, pressing them down slightly to eliminate large gaps and ensuring they reach the edges of the dish.
- Place the dish in the air fryer basket and cook at 375°F (190°C) for 4 to 6 minutes, or until the marshmallows are deep mahogany-brown and the chocolate is bubbling.
- Carefully remove the dish using tongs and let it sit for 60 seconds to allow the chocolate to settle and the crust to firm up.
