Ingredients:
- 4 medium apples, peeled and sliced (approx. 600g)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries (approx. 150g)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (100g)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15ml)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (2g)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (120g)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (50g)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed (100g)

- In a mixing bowl, combine apple slices, cranberries, sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Toss until the fruit is well-coated. Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased 9-inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and salt until crumbly. Evenly spread the topping mixture over the fruit filling.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
- Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. Optionally, serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
