Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup spinach, chopped (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup bacon bits (turkey bacon for substitution)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 large tortillas (whole wheat for substitution)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, spinach, turkey bacon bits, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Scoop about a quarter of the chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla over the filling and then roll it up from bottom to top to create a sealed wrap.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Place each wrapped chicken bake seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before slicing in half to serve.
