Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, almond milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth out the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing into squares.
