Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh dill or parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Place the salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper. Lay lemon slices on top of each fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20–25 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is opaque in color.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh dill or parsley, and serve immediately.
