Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh dill or parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper. Lay lemon slices on top of each fillet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20–25 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is opaque in color.
  5. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh dill or parsley, and serve immediately.
