Ingredients:
- 1 pound (450g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 tablespoons (45ml) olive oil

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse Brussels sprouts under cold water; trim the stems and halve them lengthwise.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder (if using). Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet, cut side down for maximum caramelization.

- Optional: Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese during the last 5 minutes of baking. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
