Ingredients:

  • 4 (6-ounce) carp fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the fillets in the baking dish and drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, minced garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  3. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the fillets.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together sour cream, Dijon mustard, honey, and dill until smooth.
  5. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is opaque.
  6. Spoon the sauce over the fillets before serving.
