Ingredients:
- 4 (6-ounce) carp fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the fillets in the baking dish and drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, minced garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley over the fillets.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together sour cream, Dijon mustard, honey, and dill until smooth.
- Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is opaque.
- Spoon the sauce over the fillets before serving.
