Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup (120g) vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) skim milk
  • 2 Tablespoons (30ml) pure maple syrup
  • 2/3 cup (150g) pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Ensure you have a strong and powerful blender.
  2. Add all ingredients to the blender in the order listed above.
  3. Blend on high for at least 3 minutes or until smooth. Stop occasionally to scrape down the sides if needed.
  4. If the smoothie is too thick
  5. Taste your smoothie and adjust spices as necessary.
