Ingredients:
- 1 large ripe banana, peeled, cut into chunks, & frozen
- 12 large strawberries, sliced in half
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice (or orange juice)
Instructions:
- [Blend Ingredients]: In a blender, combine the frozen banana chunks, halved strawberries, and pineapple juice. Blend on high speed until smooth—approximately 2 minutes. Scrape down the sides of the blender as necessary to ensure everything is well mixed.
- [Pour Mixture]: Carefully pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds.
- [Insert Sticks]: If your popsicle mold has built-in slots for sticks, insert them right away. If not, freeze the molds for about 2 hours first before inserting wooden popsicle sticks in the center.
- [Freeze]: Freeze the filled molds for an additional 6 hours or overnight to allow them to set completely (overnight is recommended for easier removal).
- [Serve]: To remove the popsicles from their molds easily, run warm water over the outside of each mold briefly. Enjoy your homemade strawberry banana popsicles on a hot day!
