Ingredients:
- 1 sheet (14.1 oz / 400g) frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 4 oz (115g) Brie cheese, rind removed and cubed
- 1/2 cup (120ml) whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup (30g) shelled pistachios, finely chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unfold puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Roll lightly if desired.
- Cut the puff pastry into approximately 2-inch squares.
- Place pastry squares on the baking sheet. Top each with brie and cranberry sauce.
- Brush the edges of each bite with beaten egg.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios over the bites.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Cool slightly before transferring to a serving platter. Enjoy these delicious hors d'oeuvres with puff pastry!
