Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened slightly
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, finely diced
- 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
- 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Combine the finely diced chicken breast with the buffalo wing sauce in a small bowl and let sit for 5 minutes to allow the meat to absorb the seasoning.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gently fold in the shredded cheddar, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Gradually incorporate the buffalo chicken mixture using a spatula, stirring until the color is uniform and the chicken is evenly distributed.
- Scoop the mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap. Gather the edges of the wrap and twist the top tightly, molding the mixture into a firm, smooth ball.
- Refrigerate the ball for at least 1 hour to set the structure.
- Unwrap the chilled cheese ball and place it on a platter. Gently press the reserved shredded cheddar, chopped chives, and sesame seeds into the sides of the ball until fully coated.
