Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Butterfinger Bars, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Then mix in the vanilla extract until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped Butterfinger bars until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to portion out the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until cookie edges are lightly golden and centers are set but still chewy.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
