Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Butterfinger Bars, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Then mix in the vanilla extract until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the chopped Butterfinger bars until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  7. Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to portion out the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until cookie edges are lightly golden and centers are set but still chewy.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
