  • 1 cup Oreos, crushed (about 10 cookies)
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles (your choice of color)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  7. Gently fold in the crushed Oreos and sprinkles until evenly dispersed.
  8. Cover the dough and chill for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  9. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop dough onto a lined cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
  10. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  11. Allow cookies to cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
