Ingredients:

  • 1 box (15.25 oz) Devil's Food cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold whole milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine cake mix, eggs, oil, and water in a bowl; mix until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into an ungreased 9x13 inch pan and bake for 28–32 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. While the cake is warm, poke holes across the surface using a wooden skewer, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
  5. Whisk together pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened, then pour evenly over the cake to fill the holes.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top and let the residual heat melt them into a glaze.
  7. Spread marshmallow fluff in a thick layer over the chocolate glaze.
  8. Toss crushed graham crackers with melted butter and sprinkle them over the fluff.
  9. Top the cake with mini marshmallows.
  10. Set oven to Broil and place cake back in for 30–90 seconds until marshmallows are golden brown.
