Ingredients:
- 3 cups (450g) cooked chicken breast, cubed
- 1/2 cup (60g) cooked bacon bits, crispy
- 1/4 cup (25g) green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cups (225g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup (240ml) creamy Caesar dressing, divided
- 1 lb (450g) prepared pizza dough
- 1/2 cup (45g) Parmesan cheese, shredded
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed cooked chicken, crispy bacon bits, and sliced green onions.
- Pour 1/2 cup of the Caesar dressing over the chicken mixture and toss until thoroughly coated to create a moisture barrier.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Divide the pizza dough into 4 equal portions. On a lightly floured surface, roll each portion into a thin rectangle.
- Layer the mozzarella cheese and the chicken mixture onto the dough, leaving a border. Roll the dough tightly, tucking the ends under to seal the filling.
- Brush the exterior of each roll generously with the remaining 1/2 cup of Caesar dressing and sprinkle heavily with shredded Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the crust reaches a deep mahogany color and the exterior is crisp and shattering.
