Ingredients:

  • 3 cups (450g) cooked chicken breast, cubed
  • 1/2 cup (60g) cooked bacon bits, crispy
  • 1/4 cup (25g) green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups (225g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup (240ml) creamy Caesar dressing, divided
  • 1 lb (450g) prepared pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup (45g) Parmesan cheese, shredded

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cubed cooked chicken, crispy bacon bits, and sliced green onions.
  2. Pour 1/2 cup of the Caesar dressing over the chicken mixture and toss until thoroughly coated to create a moisture barrier.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  4. Divide the pizza dough into 4 equal portions. On a lightly floured surface, roll each portion into a thin rectangle.
  5. Layer the mozzarella cheese and the chicken mixture onto the dough, leaving a border. Roll the dough tightly, tucking the ends under to seal the filling.
  6. Brush the exterior of each roll generously with the remaining 1/2 cup of Caesar dressing and sprinkle heavily with shredded Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until the crust reaches a deep mahogany color and the exterior is crisp and shattering.
