Instructions:

- Taste the relish and adjust sweetness or tartness by adding more sugar or orange as preferred.
- Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl or serving container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve chilled as a condiment with your choice of dishes or store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
