  2. Peel and chop the navel orange, removing any seeds.
  3. In the food processor, combine the cranberries, chopped orange, sugar, water, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Pulse the mixture until it reaches a chunky yet cohesive consistency, scraping down the sides as needed.
  5. Taste the relish and adjust sweetness or tartness by adding more sugar or orange as preferred.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl or serving container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  7. Serve chilled as a condiment with your choice of dishes or store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
