Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado (about 200g)
- 1 medium banana, peeled (about 120g)
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves, packed (about 30g)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (240ml) or your preferred milk
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (15ml)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon (about 15ml)
- Optional: Ice cubes (to taste)
Instructions:
- Prepare the ingredients by slicing the avocado in half, removing the pit, and scooping the flesh into the blender.
- Add the banana, spinach, almond milk, honey, and lemon juice to the blender.
- If desired, add ice cubes for a chilled smoothie.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
- Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if necessary.
- Pour into two glasses and enjoy immediately.
