Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (450g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (15g) extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp (15g) fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves (6g) garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp (8g) fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp (4g) fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp (3g) salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Mince the garlic cloves until they form a smooth paste to ensure even flavor distribution.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt and olive oil to a mixing bowl and stir until the oil is fully incorporated and the texture is glossy and smooth.
  3. Fold in the lemon juice, garlic paste, salt, and pepper. Once combined, stir in the fresh dill and parsley until the herbs are evenly suspended.
  4. Taste the dip; add a squeeze more lemon for extra brightness or stir in another tablespoon of yogurt if the flavor is too sharp.
