Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (300 g) green grapes, washed and stems removed
  • 1 cup (240 ml) milk (any kind: whole, almond, oat, or soy)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust based on sweetness preference)
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) plain or vanilla yogurt (optional for creaminess)
  • A pinch of salt (to enhance flavors)

Instructions:

  1. Wash grapes thoroughly. Remove any stems and discard any damaged grapes.
  2. In a blender, combine the grapes, milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), yogurt (if using), and salt.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth, about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Pause occasionally to scrape down the sides for an even blend.
  4. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk and blend until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or syrup.
  6. Pour into serving glasses and enjoy immediately. Optional garnishes could include additional grapes or a sprinkle of chia seeds on top.
