Ingredients:
- 2 cups (300 g) green grapes, washed and stems removed
- 1 cup (240 ml) milk (any kind: whole, almond, oat, or soy)
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust based on sweetness preference)
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) plain or vanilla yogurt (optional for creaminess)
- A pinch of salt (to enhance flavors)
Instructions:
- Wash grapes thoroughly. Remove any stems and discard any damaged grapes.
- In a blender, combine the grapes, milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), yogurt (if using), and salt.
- Blend on high speed until smooth, about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Pause occasionally to scrape down the sides for an even blend.
- If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk and blend until desired consistency is reached.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or syrup.
- Pour into serving glasses and enjoy immediately. Optional garnishes could include additional grapes or a sprinkle of chia seeds on top.
