Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (45g) Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1 tbsp (12g) Chia Seeds
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/4 cup (60g) Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch (0.5g) Fine Sea Salt
- 1/4 cup (30g) Fresh Blueberries
- 1 tbsp (15g) Sliced Almonds
- 1 tsp (5g) Hemp Hearts
Instructions:
- Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, and sea salt in a 16 oz mason jar.
- Pour in the almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Stir vigorously with a spoon or whisk until the mixture is completely homogenous and no dry pockets of oats remain.
- Seal the jar with a lid and shake once more to ensure chia seeds are evenly distributed.
- Place the jar in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, stir the mixture. If it is too thick, stir in a splash of extra almond milk.
- Top with fresh blueberries, sliced almonds, and hemp hearts.
