Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (45g) Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1 tbsp (12g) Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup (60g) Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch (0.5g) Fine Sea Salt
  • 1/4 cup (30g) Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 tbsp (15g) Sliced Almonds
  • 1 tsp (5g) Hemp Hearts

Instructions:

  1. Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, and sea salt in a 16 oz mason jar.
  2. Pour in the almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir vigorously with a spoon or whisk until the mixture is completely homogenous and no dry pockets of oats remain.
  4. Seal the jar with a lid and shake once more to ensure chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  5. Place the jar in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  6. Before serving, stir the mixture. If it is too thick, stir in a splash of extra almond milk.
  7. Top with fresh blueberries, sliced almonds, and hemp hearts.
