- 1 cup (240ml) milk (dairy or non-dairy alternative like almond or oat milk)
- 1 scoop (30g) protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
- ½ teaspoon (2.5g) vanilla extract (optional)
- Ice cubes (about 1 cup for a colder shake)
Instructions:
- Peel the banana and gather all your ingredients.
- Place the banana, peanut butter, milk, protein powder, and optional ingredients into the blender.
- Add ice cubes to the blender for a thicker, chilled shake.
- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy (about 30 seconds).
- Taste the shake. Adjust sweetness if desired by adding honey or syrup, then blend again.
- Pour into tall glasses and enjoy!
