  • 2 tablespoons (32g) peanut butter (smooth or crunchy, unsweetened preferred)
  • 1 cup (240ml) milk (dairy or non-dairy alternative like almond or oat milk)
  • 1 scoop (30g) protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5g) vanilla extract (optional)
  • Ice cubes (about 1 cup for a colder shake)

Instructions:

  1. Peel the banana and gather all your ingredients.
  2. Place the banana, peanut butter, milk, protein powder, and optional ingredients into the blender.
  3. Add ice cubes to the blender for a thicker, chilled shake.
  4. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy (about 30 seconds).
  5. Taste the shake. Adjust sweetness if desired by adding honey or syrup, then blend again.
  6. Pour into tall glasses and enjoy!
