  • 1 cup (150g) ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Gather all the ingredients and equipment.
  2. Add the ripe bananas to the blender.
  3. Pour in the milk of choice.
  4. Add the creamy peanut butter.
  5. If desired, drizzle in the honey or maple syrup for added sweetness.
