Ingredients:
- 2 cups High-Quality White Chocolate Chips (Approx. 340g)
- 1 can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk (397g)
- 1 tsp Peppermint Extract
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Crushed Candy Canes (Approx. 45g)
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
Instructions:
- Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides to create a 'sling' for easy removal.
- In a large microwave-safe glass bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and the sweetened condensed milk.
- Heat the mixture in the microwave using low power in 30-second intervals, stirring with a silicone spatula between each session until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth and emulsified.
- Once smooth, immediately fold in the peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and sea salt to lock in the aromatic flavor compounds.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle the crushed candy canes over the top, pressing them slightly into the surface.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm before lifting out by the parchment paper and slicing into 24 squares.
