  • 1 tsp Peppermint Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Crushed Candy Canes (Approx. 45g)
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt

Instructions:

  1. Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides to create a 'sling' for easy removal.
  2. In a large microwave-safe glass bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and the sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Heat the mixture in the microwave using low power in 30-second intervals, stirring with a silicone spatula between each session until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth and emulsified.
  4. Once smooth, immediately fold in the peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and sea salt to lock in the aromatic flavor compounds.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle the crushed candy canes over the top, pressing them slightly into the surface.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm before lifting out by the parchment paper and slicing into 24 squares.
