Ingredients:

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup chilled whole milk
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (thawed)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 4 large Granny Smith apples, cubed
  • 6 standard Snickers candy bars, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chilled whole milk and instant vanilla pudding mix. Whisk vigorously for 2 minutes until thickened and granules are dissolved. Let sit for 5 minutes to fully set.
  2. Using a silicone spatula, gently fold the thawed whipped topping into the pudding base using a figure-eight motion to maintain aeration until a velvety texture is achieved.
  3. Toss the cubed apples in lemon juice, drain excess, and fold the apples and chopped Snickers bars into the creamy pudding mixture.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish, drizzle with salted caramel sauce, and chill for at least one hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
