Ingredients:
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup chilled whole milk
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (thawed)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 4 large Granny Smith apples, cubed
- 6 standard Snickers candy bars, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chilled whole milk and instant vanilla pudding mix. Whisk vigorously for 2 minutes until thickened and granules are dissolved. Let sit for 5 minutes to fully set.
- Using a silicone spatula, gently fold the thawed whipped topping into the pudding base using a figure-eight motion to maintain aeration until a velvety texture is achieved.
- Toss the cubed apples in lemon juice, drain excess, and fold the apples and chopped Snickers bars into the creamy pudding mixture.
- Transfer to a serving dish, drizzle with salted caramel sauce, and chill for at least one hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
