Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp (30ml) fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp (5g) lemon zest
- 3 tbsp (15g) fresh chives, minced
- 2 tbsp (10g) fresh Italian parsley, chopped
- 1 clove (5g) garlic, grated
- 1/2 tsp (3g) kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp (1g) black pepper
Instructions:
- Place the softened cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl. Using an electric hand mixer on medium-high speed, beat for 2 minutes until pale and fluffy.
- Add the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Beat on low speed until just combined and the mixture is glossy and smooth.
- Using a rubber spatula, gently fold in the minced chives, parsley, and garlic paste. Stir in the salt and black pepper until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to infuse.
