Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp (5g) lemon zest
  • 3 tbsp (15g) fresh chives, minced
  • 2 tbsp (10g) fresh Italian parsley, chopped
  • 1 clove (5g) garlic, grated
  • 1/2 tsp (3g) kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Place the softened cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl. Using an electric hand mixer on medium-high speed, beat for 2 minutes until pale and fluffy.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Beat on low speed until just combined and the mixture is glossy and smooth.
  3. Using a rubber spatula, gently fold in the minced chives, parsley, and garlic paste. Stir in the salt and black pepper until evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to infuse.
