Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tbsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tbsp Dried Thyme
- 1 tbsp Dried Basil
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp White Pepper
- 1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tbsp Celery Salt
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
Instructions:
- Prepare the workspace. Ensure your mixing bowl and storage jar are completely dry. Note: Any moisture will cause the garlic and onion powders to clump instantly.
- Measure the paprika. Add 3 tbsp Smoked Paprika to the bowl until you see a deep red base.
- Incorporate the aromatics. Whisk in 2 tbsp Garlic Powder and 2 tbsp Onion Powder.
- Add the herbaceous heart. Stir in 1 tbsp Dried Oregano, 1 tbsp Dried Thyme, and 1 tbsp Dried Basil.
- Layer the triple pepper heat. Add 1 tbsp Black Pepper, 1 tbsp White Pepper, and 1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper until the colors are marbled and even.
- Season for depth. Whisk in 1 tbsp Celery Salt and 1 tsp Kosher Salt.
- Sift the mixture. Pass the entire blend through a fine mesh sieve into a second bowl. Note: This ensures the fine powders and larger herb flakes are perfectly homogenized.
- Transfer to storage. Spoon the mixture into an airtight glass jar until the jar is sealed tight.
