Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tbsp Dried Basil
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp White Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Celery Salt
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the workspace. Ensure your mixing bowl and storage jar are completely dry. Note: Any moisture will cause the garlic and onion powders to clump instantly.
  2. Measure the paprika. Add 3 tbsp Smoked Paprika to the bowl until you see a deep red base.
  3. Incorporate the aromatics. Whisk in 2 tbsp Garlic Powder and 2 tbsp Onion Powder.
  4. Add the herbaceous heart. Stir in 1 tbsp Dried Oregano, 1 tbsp Dried Thyme, and 1 tbsp Dried Basil.
  5. Layer the triple pepper heat. Add 1 tbsp Black Pepper, 1 tbsp White Pepper, and 1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper until the colors are marbled and even.
  6. Season for depth. Whisk in 1 tbsp Celery Salt and 1 tsp Kosher Salt.
  7. Sift the mixture. Pass the entire blend through a fine mesh sieve into a second bowl. Note: This ensures the fine powders and larger herb flakes are perfectly homogenized.
  8. Transfer to storage. Spoon the mixture into an airtight glass jar until the jar is sealed tight.
