Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs / 680 g)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (4 g)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (4 g)
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (4 g)
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (like oregano and basil) (4 g)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place in a mixing bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Arrange chicken breasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, flip the chicken using tongs and continue cooking for another 8-10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
