Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs / 680 g)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (4 g)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (4 g)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (4 g)
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (like oregano and basil) (4 g)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  4. Arrange chicken breasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. After 10 minutes, flip the chicken using tongs and continue cooking for another 8-10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
