Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs or 680g)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5g)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (5g)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano (1.5g)
  • ½ teaspoon salt (2.5g)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper (2.5g)

Instructions:

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over chicken, add garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Arrange seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not touch. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Use a meat thermometer to check for 165°F (74°C) internal temperature.
  6. Remove chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
