Ingredients:
- 1 pound (450g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup (25g) grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional: 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (for drizzling)
Instructions:
- Trim the ends and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add the halved Brussels sprouts to the bowl. Toss to coat them evenly with the garlic oil mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- After cooking, sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the hot sprouts and toss gently until evenly coated.
- Optionally drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving. Enjoy your crispy delights!
