Ingredients:

  • 1 pound (450g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup (25g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (for drizzling)

Instructions:

  1. Trim the ends and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the halved Brussels sprouts to the bowl. Toss to coat them evenly with the garlic oil mixture.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  5. After cooking, sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the hot sprouts and toss gently until evenly coated.
  6. Optionally drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving. Enjoy your crispy delights!
