Ingredients:
- 1 large head of cauliflower (approx. 700g / 1.5 lbs), cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 ml)
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (5 ml)
- ½ teaspoon onion powder (2.5 ml)
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano (2.5 ml)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper (1.25 ml)
- ½ teaspoon salt (2.5 ml)
- Optional: a pinch of cayenne pepper for a kick (optional)
Instructions:
- Wash and dry the cauliflower florets. Make sure they are similar in size for even cooking.
- In the large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper (and cayenne, if using). Ensure the cauliflower is evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C / 400°F. Place the cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd. You may need to cook in batches.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown. Check for desired crispness.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
