Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 oz/425 g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
- 1 tsp (5 g) smoked paprika
- ½ tsp (2 g) garlic powder
- ½ tsp (2 g) salt
- ¼ tsp (1 g) black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spread chickpeas on a kitchen towel and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Transfer seasoned chickpeas to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Check at around the 10-minute mark; they should be golden brown and crunchy.
- Allow chickpeas to cool slightly (they will become crispier as they cool).
