  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (e.g., dill, parsley)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and brush or spoon the marinade evenly over the fillets.
  4. Arrange the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin side down, ensuring they do not overlap.
  5. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C), checking at the 10-minute mark for doneness.
  6. Remove the salmon with tongs, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve immediately.
