- 2 fillets of skin-on salmon (about 6 ounces/170 grams each)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15ml)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5g)
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (5g)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
- Set the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) and allow it to preheat for about 5 minutes.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the olive oil mixture generously over the skin side of each salmon fillet, coating well.
