Ingredients:

  • 1 Costco Cauliflower Pizza Crust (prepared from freezer)
  • 1 cup (240g) marinara sauce (or your choice of pizza sauce)
  • 1.5 cups (150g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup (70g) sliced pepperoni (or preferred topping)
  • Optional: Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • 1/2 cup (50g) bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup (50g) mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup (25g) olives, sliced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Remove the cauliflower crust from its packaging. If using parchment paper, place it on the baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the cauliflower crust using the back of a spoon.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
  5. Arrange pepperoni and any other desired toppings evenly on top of the cheese.
  6. Carefully place the baking sheet or pizza stone in the preheated oven. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Cut into slices using a pizza cutter or knife.
  8. Top with fresh basil leaves (if using) and serve hot.
