Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs (900g) Chicken Wings, separated at the joint
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper (optional, for heat)
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Frank's RedHot Sauce (or similar cayenne pepper sauce)
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp Honey (or Maple Syrup)
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper (if using). Ensure all wings are evenly coated.
  3. Preheat your Ninja Air Fryer to 390°F (200°C). Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Flip the wings and cook for another 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). The skin should be golden brown and crispy.
  5. While the wings are cooking, whisk together the hot sauce, melted butter, honey (or maple syrup), and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
  6. Once the wings are cooked in the ninja air fryer, toss them in the prepared sauce.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
