Ingredients:
- 2 lbs (900g) Chicken Wings, separated at the joint
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper (optional, for heat)
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Frank's RedHot Sauce (or similar cayenne pepper sauce)
- 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1 tbsp Honey (or Maple Syrup)
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions:
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper (if using). Ensure all wings are evenly coated.
- Preheat your Ninja Air Fryer to 390°F (200°C). Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip the wings and cook for another 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). The skin should be golden brown and crispy.
- While the wings are cooking, whisk together the hot sauce, melted butter, honey (or maple syrup), and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
- Once the wings are cooked in the ninja air fryer, toss them in the prepared sauce.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
