  • 1/2 tsp black pepper (2g)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (2g)
  • Fresh herbs (e.g., chives or parsley, chopped) (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Chop vegetables and proteins, if using.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Whisk until fully blended.
