- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (2g)

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Chop vegetables and proteins, if using.
- In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Whisk until fully blended.
