Ingredients:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter (unsweetened)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs

- 1 cup milk (whole or any substitute)

- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease the loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easier release.
- In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix until smooth.
- Add in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract and milk until well combined.
- In a separate medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, folding gently using a rubber spatula until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
