Ingredients:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (unsweetened)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk (whole or any substitute)
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease the loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easier release.
  3. In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix until smooth.
  4. Add in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract and milk until well combined.
  6. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, folding gently using a rubber spatula until just combined. Do not overmix.
  8. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  9. Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  11. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
