Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240g) creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. <p>Line an 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal later. Set aside.</p>
  2. <p>In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine peanut butter, granulated sugar, and unsweetened condensed milk.</p><p>Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and fully melted—about 5 minutes.</p><p>Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt until well combined.</p>
  3. <p>Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish.</p><p>Use a spatula to spread it evenly across the pan.</p>
  4. <p>If desired, sprinkle chopped peanuts on top or drizzle with melted chocolate while still warm.</p><P>Optionally, add sea salt flakes for an extra flavor kick.</P>
  5. <P>Refrigerate fudge for at least two hours or until firm.<br/>Once set, lift out of the pan using parchment paper overhang.<P>
  6. <P>Cut into squares or rectangles using a sharp knife.<br/>Serve chilled or at room temperature.<P>
