Ingredients:

  • 6 cups rice Chex cereal
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions:

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
  2. Stir in vanilla extract to the melted chocolate mixture until well combined.
  3. Place the rice Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl. Pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal and gently fold until evenly coated.
  4. Add mini marshmallows to the coated cereal and fold gently to combine.
  5. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the mixture, then add powdered sugar. Mix until evenly distributed and coated.
  6. Spread the puppy chow onto a baking sheet or large plate to cool. Serve in bowls or store in an airtight container.
