Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup Snickers bars, chopped
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a lined baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream until fully combined.
- Pour the cheesecake filling onto the prepared crust, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set and slightly jiggles.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool at room temperature.
- Once cool, chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Heat caramel sauce slightly to drizzle consistency.
- Layer chopped Snickers on top, then drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle chocolate chips.
- Slice into bars and serve chilled or at room temperature.
