Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup Snickers bars, chopped
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a lined baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream until fully combined.
  7. Pour the cheesecake filling onto the prepared crust, spreading it evenly.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set and slightly jiggles.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool at room temperature.
  10. Once cool, chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  11. Heat caramel sauce slightly to drizzle consistency.
  12. Layer chopped Snickers on top, then drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle chocolate chips.
  13. Slice into bars and serve chilled or at room temperature.
