Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Chopped peanuts (optional)
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Chocolate sauce (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until thoroughly combined and crumbly. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of the pie pan. Chill to set.
  2. In a separate mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside. In another bowl, combine creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until creamy. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
  3. Pour the peanut butter filling into the chilled crust, spreading it evenly. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  4. Refrigerate the pie for at least 30 minutes to allow it to firm up.
  5. Once set, garnish as desired with chopped peanuts, whipped cream, or chocolate sauce, and slice to serve.
