Ingredients:

  • 4 English muffins, split (about 200g)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (240ml)
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (170g)
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano (2g)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder (2g)
  • 1 cup assorted toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, etc.) (about 150g)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Split the English muffins in half and place them cut side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Brush each muffin half with olive oil for extra flavor.
  4. Spoon marinara sauce evenly over each muffin half.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top of the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder, then add your chosen toppings.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool for a minute or two, then cut into quarters if desired. Serve warm.
