Ingredients:
- 4 English muffins, split (about 200g)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml)
- 1 cup marinara sauce (240ml)
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (170g)
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano (2g)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder (2g)
- 1 cup assorted toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, etc.) (about 150g)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Split the English muffins in half and place them cut side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush each muffin half with olive oil for extra flavor.
- Spoon marinara sauce evenly over each muffin half.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top of the sauce.
- Sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder, then add your chosen toppings.
- Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a minute or two, then cut into quarters if desired. Serve warm.
